Dana R. Herrera, Ph.D.

Dana R. Herrera, Ph.D is currently a Professor of Anthropology and Department Chair in the School of Liberal Arts at Saint Mary’s College of California. She received her Masters and Doctorate degrees from the University of California at Davis. Dr. Herrera teaches courses in cultural, biological, and linguistic anthropology, as well as St. Mary's College Collegiate Seminar "great books" classes. She has conducted research studies in the Philippines, United States, and Europe. Her current scholarly interests include tourism, pedagogy and technology, digital media, and the Filipino diaspora.
